Create and manage investors who can sign in to the /portal. Per-user invested capital is assigned to specific projects. Documents you upload here are visible to that investor; documents they upload are visible only to admins.

Operators who can sign in to /admin and manage the site. Each admin can change their own password from here. The last remaining admin cannot be deleted.
/api/content require an admin sign-in (cookie-based session, scrypt-hashed passwords). Public visitors can GET /api/content (to render the live site) but cannot PUT. Theme, font, and content all live server-side in /home/abss/Docker/cgc/data/content.json; admin accounts in data/admins.json. Admin saves push to every connected browser via /api/content/stream (SSE), and first paint on any alias reads /api/theme-bootstrap.js so the active theme is applied before the page renders.
